Pet Scents is a division of Collarways Limited.  We take your privacy very seriously. By registering with us or becoming a customer of Collarways t/a Pet Scents you will give us information that we will use to process your orders and improve our service to you. Collarways t/a Pet Scents does not capture and store any of your personal information except that which you voluntarily choose to give us. Any personal information is used exclusively to provide information and services from Collarways t/a Pet Scents. You can request that we stop contacting you at any time, however, this means that you may miss out on information regarding new products, news, and events.  To unsubscribe from our e-news monthly newsletters either email us asking us to remove your details (info@petscents.co.uk) phone us on 01747 830021 or click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all newsletters.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We do not store financial information like credit card numbers.

If you are unsure about sending your details via the web we also accept phone or postal orders.

Un-Subscribe

This site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive mail list messages.

You can send a message to us by visiting the Contact Page or email us directly to 
or each e-news email you receive from us will contain a 'Manage your subscription' link at the bottom of the email, from which you can edit your contact details and subscription preferences or unsubscribe from our mailing list.
