Shipping & Returns.

The following Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in all cases, English law shall apply…

You will receive a separate e-mails, one with a confirmation of your order and the other from the payment provider (ie Paypal) detailing the amount charged to your credit/debit card.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. All online payments are handled securely by PayPal (you do not need to have a Paypal account, you can use your normal credit card) or by Worldpay.  

Shipping UK

We aim to deliver to any address in the UK within three working days of the order date. All orders are sent on a 4-5 working days service.  £1.95 for P&P applies. P&P is free on orders over £35 in the UK only.  If your order is placed by 10 am on a working day, and dependent on stock levels, it will ship that day, otherwise it may ship the next working day.

Shipping Overseas

We are currently unable to process orders online for shipping outside of the UK and Northern Ireland. If you wish for an order to be shipped to another country please contact the office for a shipping cost on +44 1747 830021 or via email to info@petscents.co.uk

Prices

Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at the time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Returns

You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time before the goods are dispatched, or within 14 working days from receiving the items.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase once you've received it, you can return it to us in its original and saleable condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. We will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the item but not refund any postage and packaging charges paid. Please note that special offer items cannot be returned for a refund, but we will be happy to replace it with a different product or issue a credit note if the item is unsuitable.

Faulty items

Should any product purchased from Pet Scents or Collarways are found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given on our websites then we will either replace or refund the product. Please call Collarways on 01747 830021 if you wish to return an item. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Guarantees

All our products are made to the highest quality standards and many come with guarantees.

If a product you received is faulty, please contact Collarways on 01747 830021 within 48 hrs of receipt of the product to discuss the problem before returning it.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
